What a timely subject as people enter the New Year. I am so glad that you touched on mindset and knowing how to be in charge of your thoughts and focus. This especially is important for directing your energy toward your goals. For me writing goals down is KEY. A study was done at Havard University that proved that writing your goals down creates a 80% higher probability of them actually manifesting in your life. As an energy worker I can tell you that the written word is important, it helps people to process thoughts and remember actions that don’t serve them any longer and it also sets into place a solid energetic message to the universe. The more specific you can be about your goals the better. Thank you again for sharing your wisdom and creating this platform for others to share ideas. Much love…Regina

This is interesting for me as I have been studying how to plan goals for the last week leading up till Christmas. I wanted to have myself completely organized before I hit the holiday as I wanted to come back with some clear goals, plans and be well organized for the week. I even tried to get a mentor to help me! Then I realized that it is actually not that hard to do it yourself if you visualize what you want to do!
It seems like a daunting task, but you can do anything if you plan ahead. Even tackle those New Years resolutions that seem to slip under the table 😉

Hi I love this! Like everyone I have goals, and inspired by the New Year I’m wanting to tackle my gols more effectively. Thanks for tip of setting goals within a larger overall goal. I think this is a good idea to feign off procrastination as it makes the goal so much more attainable if you can tackle it in smaller chunks.
