What Is Self Empowerment?  Well, empowerment is to have power of authority.  So it would stand to reason self empowerment is in its simplest definition is; having control, being aware and acting on ones personal interest.  Hey, everybody.  To really define self empowerment you need to take an in-depth look of ones self, and what one wants.  Moreover, mind control and belief in ones self is the key to self empowerment.

What Is Self Empowerment-self awareness What Is Self Employment?  Until one comes into self awareness, they’re character traits and ideology are mainly an influence of  their environment.  It is only when someone is self-aware and in control of their subconscious and turn it into their conscious.  The person self made, in my opinion, is to be commended.  It is my opinion to have self-empowerment is someone doing things their way.  Their actions are their core  beliefs.

Fredrick Douglass, and I quote said: “theory of self-made men is, then, simply this; that they are men of work. Whether or not such men have acquired material, moral or intellectual excellence, honest labor faithfully, steadily and persistently pursued”

All self-made people, are remembered and successful, because they directly or indirectly provided a product or service to people.  Furthermore, their goods somehow first and foremost helped others.  And the accolades and monetary gains are automatic secondary fallouts.  Success in itself is a relative concept. But there are likenesses among all people venturing to be “the person self-made.”

What Is Self Empowerment

What Is Self Empowerment-empowerment This person that fits the self empowered paradigm doesn’t follow a path but makes their own path.  They have a vision beyond personal accolades or monetary gain.  When answering the question What Is Self Empowerment?  You have to mention their persistence; people who have “a see it through to the end” type of mindset.  It is persistence and focus that carries them.  Now with that said, mind you, none of it matters if your journey to blaze a new path, and be a leader and not a follower doesn’t have the following characteristics.

Fredrick Douglass:  “All human experience proves over and over again, that any success which comes through meanness, trickery, fraud, and dishonor, is but emptiness and will only be a torment to its possessor.”

Character of  the self-made person

A self-made person knows how to get to the light at the end of the tunnel.  Because a self-made man fears no naysayer, law, popular opinion, ridicule, opposition, or any other deterrent that may be in the way to what he/she deems a success.

What is self empowerment-A self-made-person

Is it wrong to have a “me against the world” attitude, when one is pursuing a passion, and that person believe with all his heart that is a righteous and a worthy venture?

Can I keep the supreme architect of all that is, close to my heart, in my journey to success?  If it meant forsaking others and breaking away from those I hold close to my heart am I still a success?

The Journey

Is success worth it, is it really lonely at the top, is it possible so many questions can have one answer?  For me, I don’t know about you but, all the aforementioned questions have to be answered because I know I will have to face each and every one of them if I am going to complete my journey.

If your journey to becoming “the person self-made” is traveled pure of heart I think the answer to all those questions is yes.  But I do take note to the often said but true quote: “No man is an island.”  What is self empowerment-self-made-person has God on his side

Fredrick Douglas: “It must in truth be said though it may not accord well with self-conscious individuality and self-conceit, that no possible native force of character, and no depth or wealth of originality, can lift a man into absolute independence of his fellow-men, and no generation of men can be independent of the preceding generation.” Fredrick Douglas

I cannot think of no greater person that exemplifies “The Person Self-Made” other than the one I have quoted throughout this article.  In my opinion Mr. Fredrick Douglass resonates and is accepted by many as a self-made man.  Fredrick Douglass did unheralded, eye-opening accomplishments that defied the times of his day. And I would like to end with a final quote From Mr. Fredrick Douglass. It defines “The Person Self Made”

Fredrick Douglass:”It dignifies labor, honors, application, lessens pain and depression, dispels gloom from the brow of the destitute and weariness from the heart of him about to faint, and enables man to take hold of the roughest and flintiest hardships incident to he battles of life, with a lighter heart, with higher hopes and a larger courage.”

Self-empowerment is what individual persons need to get out of their shell controlled by other individuals. It is breaking the barrier to self improvement to become the best you can in order to contribute positively to the community where you are.

This is the tool against inferiority complex.
